Welcome to Soccer Tourney Finder.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SoccerTourneyFinder.com and the websites, accounts, tournament listings, directories, tools, features, and services made available through Soccer Tourney Finder (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, submitting a tournament, claiming a tournament listing, or otherwise using Soccer Tourney Finder, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. About Soccer Tourney Finder

Soccer Tourney Finder is an independent soccer tournament directory and discovery platform designed to help coaches, team managers, clubs, parents, tournament directors, and others find and promote soccer tournaments.

Soccer Tourney Finder generally does not organize, operate, sanction, supervise, or control the tournaments appearing in the directory.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, tournaments listed through the Service are operated by independent clubs, organizations, tournament directors, or other third parties.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

The Service is primarily intended for adults, including coaches, team managers, club administrators, tournament directors, and parents or guardians.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate account information;
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
activities occurring through your account; and
notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person or organization, create an account using false information, or misrepresent your relationship with a team, club, tournament, or organization.

3. Tournament Listings

Tournament listings may contain information obtained from:

tournament directors;
tournament organizers;
soccer clubs;
users;
publicly available websites and sources;
tournament management platforms;
other sources we reasonably believe to be appropriate.

Tournament information may include tournament names, dates, locations, descriptions, age groups, divisions, fees, deadlines, contact information, logos, websites, registration links, and related information.

We may create or maintain a tournament listing even if the tournament organizer has not created an account or claimed the listing.

We reserve the right to edit, format, organize, supplement, correct, suspend, reject, or remove tournament listings at our discretion.

4. Accuracy of Tournament Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful tournament information, but we do not guarantee that tournament information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Tournament details can change at any time.

This includes:

dates;
locations;
venues;
age groups;
divisions;
competition levels;
fees;
registration deadlines;
registration availability;
schedules;
rules;
formats;
cancellation or postponement.

You are responsible for confirming important tournament information directly with the tournament organizer before registering, paying fees, booking travel, or making other commitments.

Soccer Tourney Finder is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or changed tournament information.

5. Tournament Submissions

Users may be permitted to submit tournaments for inclusion in the directory.

By submitting tournament information, you represent that:

the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
you have the right to provide the information;
your submission does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization; and
you are not intentionally submitting misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.

Submitting a tournament does not guarantee that it will be published.

We may review, modify, reject, remove, or request additional information concerning any submission.

6. Claiming Tournament Listings

Soccer Tourney Finder may allow tournament directors, club representatives, or other authorized individuals to claim existing tournament listings.

By submitting a claim, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the tournament or organization you are attempting to claim.

We may require verification before approving a claim.

We may:

approve a claim;
reject a claim;
request additional verification;
revoke an approved claim; or
transfer control of a listing if we reasonably determine that another person or organization has superior authority over the tournament.

Claiming a tournament listing does not give you ownership of the Soccer Tourney Finder webpage, directory record, website design, underlying database record, or Service.

It gives you permission to manage certain information associated with the listing while your authorization remains valid.

7. Tournament Director Responsibilities

If you manage or claim a tournament listing, you are responsible for keeping the information reasonably accurate and current.

You agree not to knowingly publish:

false dates;
misleading fees;
inaccurate registration information;
unauthorized contact information;
deceptive descriptions;
fraudulent events;
content that infringes another person's rights.

Tournament directors are responsible for the tournaments they operate and for compliance with applicable rules, laws, regulations, insurance requirements, sanctioning requirements, safety requirements, and governing-body requirements.

Soccer Tourney Finder does not assume those responsibilities by listing or promoting a tournament.

8. Verified Listings

Soccer Tourney Finder may designate certain listings as "Verified" or use similar terminology.

Verification generally means that we have confirmed certain information or confirmed a representative's relationship with a tournament.

Verification does not mean that Soccer Tourney Finder:

operates the tournament;
sanctions the tournament;
guarantees the tournament;
guarantees every piece of information in the listing;
guarantees the financial condition of the organizer;
guarantees the quality or safety of the event; or
endorses the tournament.

Tournament information may change after verification.

9. Registration, Payments, and Third-Party Transactions

Tournament listings may contain links to registration websites, tournament management platforms, payment services, club websites, or other third-party services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Soccer Tourney Finder is not a party to transactions conducted through those third-party services.

Any registration, payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, dispute, or other transaction is between you and the applicable tournament organizer or third-party provider.

Soccer Tourney Finder is not responsible for:

registration acceptance or rejection;
tournament fees;
payment processing;
refunds;
chargebacks;
tournament cancellations;
travel expenses; or
disputes between users and tournament operators.

10. Tournament Mgmt Pro

Soccer Tourney Finder may promote or provide links to Tournament Mgmt Pro, a separate soccer tournament management software service.

Soccer Tourney Finder and Tournament Mgmt Pro are separate services.

An account with Soccer Tourney Finder does not automatically create an account with Tournament Mgmt Pro, and use of Tournament Mgmt Pro may be governed by separate terms and policies.

A tournament is not required to use Tournament Mgmt Pro to be listed on Soccer Tourney Finder unless expressly stated for a particular feature or program.

11. User Content

The Service may allow users to submit content including:

tournament descriptions;
logos;
images;
organization information;
team information;
tournament results;
corrections;
comments;
other materials.

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit.

By submitting content to Soccer Tourney Finder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

You may not submit content that:

infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
is fraudulent or intentionally misleading;
contains malware or malicious code;
is unlawful;
is threatening or abusive;
contains inappropriate personal information about minors; or
otherwise violates these Terms.

12. Logos, Trademarks, and Tournament Names

Tournament names, club names, logos, trademarks, and other identifiers displayed through the Service may belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on Soccer Tourney Finder does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with Soccer Tourney Finder.

If you believe your intellectual property is being used improperly through the Service, contact us and provide sufficient information for us to investigate the request.

13. Team and Club Information

The Service may allow users to create, submit, claim, associate, or view information concerning soccer clubs and teams.

Team and club information may come from users, tournament results, tournament organizers, publicly available sources, third-party systems, or other sources.

We may organize, standardize, merge, or otherwise process team and club information to improve the accuracy and usefulness of the Service.

Team names appearing differently across tournaments or external systems may be associated with a common team or club profile where we reasonably believe they refer to the same entity.

If you believe team or club information has been incorrectly associated, you may contact us to request review.

14. External Platform Identifiers

Users may be permitted to provide identifiers associated with third-party soccer platforms, tournament systems, ranking services, or other services.

Examples may include team, club, event, or account identifiers from external platforms.

Providing an external identifier does not establish an affiliation between Soccer Tourney Finder and the external platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Soccer Tourney Finder is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party platforms merely because their identifiers are referenced through the Service.

We may use voluntarily provided identifiers to help associate teams, clubs, tournaments, or results across data sources.

15. Tournament Results and Historical Data

Soccer Tourney Finder may allow tournament directors, users, or other sources to submit or provide tournament results.

Results may include:

participating teams;
game scores;
divisions;
brackets;
placements;
championships;
schedules;
other event information.

We may store and display historical tournament results and use them to create team, club, tournament, or event profiles.

We may correct, standardize, merge, or associate submitted data where reasonably necessary to maintain the directory.

We do not guarantee that historical results are complete or error-free.

16. Rankings, Ratings, and Statistical Information

Soccer Tourney Finder may in the future provide rankings, ratings, statistics, comparisons, tournament-strength indicators, or other analytical information.

Any such rankings or analytics are informational estimates generated using the methodology selected by Soccer Tourney Finder.

Rankings should not be interpreted as an official determination of team quality, tournament quality, player ability, eligibility, or competitive level unless expressly stated otherwise.

Different ranking systems may produce different results.

We may modify ranking methodologies, data sources, weighting, calculations, or eligibility requirements at any time.

Historical rankings may change when underlying data is corrected, additional results are received, teams are merged or separated, or ranking methodologies change.

17. No Player Scouting or Recruiting Representation

Unless expressly offered as a separate feature, Soccer Tourney Finder is a tournament discovery service and does not represent itself as a player scouting, recruiting, college recruiting, or player evaluation service.

Tournament listings, team profiles, results, or rankings should not be interpreted as professional evaluations of individual players.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

violate applicable law;
impersonate another person or organization;
submit fraudulent tournaments;
claim tournaments you are not authorized to manage;
interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
distribute malware or malicious code;
send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service;
harvest personal information;
abuse automated systems;
circumvent access controls or rate limits;
use the Service in a manner that materially harms Soccer Tourney Finder or its users.

You may not systematically scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Soccer Tourney Finder database or Service without our written permission.

Normal indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted.

19. Intellectual Property

Except for content owned by users or third parties, Soccer Tourney Finder and its associated software, design, layout, database structure, branding, graphics, features, and original content are owned by or licensed to Soccer Tourney Finder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Soccer Tourney Finder intellectual property to you.

20. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove features of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

maintenance;
software updates;
hosting outages;
third-party failures;
security incidents;
technical problems;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from temporary Service unavailability.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, claims, listings, or access to the Service when we reasonably believe a user has:

violated these Terms;
provided fraudulent information;
improperly claimed a tournament;
abused the Service;
created security or legal risk; or
engaged in conduct harmful to users or Soccer Tourney Finder.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Certain provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

SOCCER TOURNEY FINDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE;
A TOURNAMENT WILL OCCUR AS LISTED;
A TEAM WILL BE ACCEPTED INTO A TOURNAMENT;
A TOURNAMENT WILL MEET A USER'S EXPECTATIONS;
THIRD-PARTY LINKS OR SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE OR SECURE;
THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

23. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCCER TOURNEY FINDER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES ARISING FROM:

INACCURATE TOURNAMENT INFORMATION;
TOURNAMENT CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES;
MISSED REGISTRATION DEADLINES;
REGISTRATION OR PAYMENT DISPUTES;
TRAVEL OR LODGING EXPENSES;
LOST DATA;
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES;
TEAM OR TOURNAMENT RANKINGS;
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO SOCCER TOURNEY FINDER FOR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soccer Tourney Finder and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from or related to:

content you submit;
a tournament you operate or represent;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law;
your infringement of another person's rights;
your unauthorized claim of a tournament listing; or
fraudulent or misleading information you provide through the Service.

25. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

26. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites, applications, maps, registration systems, analytics providers, payment processors, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular feature or service, constitute the agreement between you and Soccer Tourney Finder regarding use of the Service.
